Our Terms of Service and the Quagensia Desktop Application End-User License Agreement (EULA) have changed.
The new Terms of Service are effective immediately for new users and effective 30 days from January 17, 2026 for current users. The new Quagensia® Desktop Application End-User License Agreement (EULA) is included in one of the required steps of the installer of today’s new version of Quagensia N Edition, and it will be included in one of the required steps of the installer of the next version of Quagensia T Edition (which is not being released today).
The newest version of Quagensia N Edition, which was released today, January 17, 2026, now allows Quagensia N Edition users who use NinjaTrader® version 8.1.6.2 or higher to use the email address of their NinjaTrader account instead of their NinjaTrader Machine IDs for their Quagensia N Edition Runtime license(s).
The only significant changes made to the Terms of Service and the Quagensia Desktop Application End-User License Agreement (EULA) deal specifically with the “Quagensia Runtime Dll Files” and the “Quagensia Runtime”. Currently, only Quagensia N Edition uses a “Quagensia Runtime”, called the “Quagensia N Edition Runtime”, and currently the “Quagensia N Edition Runtime” is only used by the “Control Panels” and “Tables of Data” feature sets of Quagensia N Edition, although the new Terms of Service and Quagensia Desktop Application End-User License Agreement (EULA) were written in a general way to apply to “Quagensia Runtime Dll Files” and the “Quagensia Runtime” that may be used by other editions of the Quagensia Desktop Application in the future, including Quagensia T Edition.
