If you purchase 2 licenses, 25% off of the total purchase price is the equivalent of paying full price for the first license and getting the second license 50% off.

Switching editions in the first 2 weeks after purchase will not count against your allotted 2 cost-free switches for 1-year subscriptions or your allotted 10 cost-free switches for 5-year subscriptions.
Most users only need to purchase 1 license since switching between machines is allowed and switching between editions is also. Only buy 2 licenses if you need to use multiple editions at the same time or need to use the same edition on separate machines at the same time.
Note: Buying 2 licenses of the same edition at the same time and then requesting a cost-free switch to another edition for 1 of the units is the only way to get a 25% discount off the total purchase price for 1 license each of different editions.
