The instructions on this page are intended specifically for submitting your own Quagensia®-enhanced content for consideration for free inclusion on our website and in other relevant places.
If you don’t have any of your own Quagensia-enhanced content to submit but instead saw a web page where Quagensia was mentioned and want to tell us about it, please follow the instructions on the How to Submit Quagensia-Related Links page instead.
Before investing time in creating Quagensia-enhanced content, please take the following steps to ensure that you spend your time efficiently by creating content that best helps you achieve your goals and gives users what they want:
- Read the help pages in the Quagensia Content Creator Support Center.
- Get your questions answered in in the official Quagensia® Discord community’s content-creators channel.
- If you want help creating, publishing, and promoting Quagensia-enhanced content, please call or email us.
Before submitting your Quagensia-enhanced content to us via email, make sure that you have read and agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, and that your content follows the rules for creating Quagensia-enhanced content. We will only add links to our website and other relevant places to web pages that in our judgment are high-quality, in keeping with our brand, are in the best interests of our users and our company, and that follow the rules for creating Quagensia-enhanced content, including the following:
- The page(s) and/or posts(s) you are submitting must include a link to one or more Quagensia N Edition Strategy files (which have the .qsnx extension) or Quagensia T Edition Strategy files (which have the .qstx extension) or include instructions for how to obtain one of these two types of files. If your content does not have a Quagensia N or T Edition Strategy file associated with it then link to the Quagensia home page at https://www.quagensia.com or another page on the Quagensia website that has Quagensia N or T Edition Strategy files.
- Include one of the following two messages or an equivalent message that conveys the same information in the description of your YouTube video or in a similar location on the page(s) and/or post(s) whose links you are submitting in this content submission:
- You can download Quagensia® N Edition (for NinjaTrader®) from the Quagensia website at https://www.quagensia.com and open and tweak the posted (or linked to) .qsnx strategy file (or files) from within Quagensia N Edition. - You can download Quagensia® T Edition (for TradeStation®) from the Quagensia website at https://www.quagensia.com and open and tweak the posted (or linked to) .qstx file (or files) from within Quagensia T Edition. Instructions for importing a .qstx file into Quagensia T Edition are located here: https://www.quagensia.com/help/downloading-and-importing-third-party-strategies-into-quagensia-t-edition
- You must not distribute or link to the plain text code output of any Quagensia N Edition Strategy file or Quagensia T Edition Strategy file without also linking to the Quagensia N Edition Strategy file (which has a .qsnx extension) or Quagensia T Edition Strategy file (which has a .qstx extension).
- You must not distribute or link to any files that hide or obfuscate the plain text code output of any Quagensia N Edition Strategy file or Quagensia T Edition Strategy file including but not limited to a “.dll” file containing a compiled version of the code output.
- You must own the copyright to the content you are submitting, or you must be acting on behalf of the copyright holder and have full authority to act for the copyright holder and bind the copyright holder to Quagensia’s Terms of Service.
- You give Quagensia, Inc. permission to use any of the content you are submitting as-is or in modified form, including screenshots of it, to represent, display, summarize, and describe this content.
- You permit and encourage others to create derivative works of Quagensia-enhanced content based on both the submitted content as well as all downloadable Quagensia Algos that you referenced in it and for which you own the copyright or for which you are acting on behalf of the copyright holder.

If you want your video, article, or other content to be considered for publication as a full trading strategy, as opposed to being added as a link in the “Peer Reviews, Modifications and Responses” section of another trading strategy page, attach a zip file to your email with the following contents:
- A png image to represent your content at the top of its trading strategy page and in lists of trading strategies that include images such as those at the top of the quagensia.com home page. This image should have a resolution of 1280×720 or higher and have a 16:9 (width:height) aspect ratio. Since YouTube recommends a resolution of 1280×720 and a 16:9 aspect ratio, you may use the same image that you uploaded to YouTube. We will resize the image to the smaller size or sizes that we need.
- If you don’t yet have your own content creator page on quagensia.com, one 64×64-pixel png image that you would like to represent you on Quagensia.com.
- Optional: One png image screenshot of your Quagensia Strategy with enough sections contracted such that its width is not larger than 2,000 pixels and its height is not larger than 10,000 pixels. An image width of 1,068 or less will look particularly sharp on a standard HD monitor, and it will still look decent a little above that, with its sharpness decreasing the closer it gets to the 2,000-pixel maximum. It should show at least one location in your Quagensia Strategy that is a good place for users to attempt a simple customization. Optionally you can highlight this specific customizable trading logic by adding a Comment in Code action above or below it. You can create this image using the “Export Algo As Image” toolbar button to the left of the “Print” toolbar button from within the Quagensia Desktop Application.
- Optional: One png image screenshot of your Quagensia Strategy on a chart in NinjaTrader® or TradeStation®. Its width should not exceed 1,068, it should include the watermark that NinjaTrader® or TradeStation® automatically adds to exported charts, and this watermark should be clearly legible.
- You don’t need to send us your Quagensia Strategy files. We do not host content creators’ Quagensia Strategy files on our website; we only link to where they are located or discussed. If you have posted your Quagensia Strategy files in a Discord community such as our friendly Discord community, forum or elsewhere, include links to those places in the “Links” section as described below. If the community requires an invite, please include an invite link that does not expire and can be used an unlimited number of times.

- Include links to all your posts containing the Quagensia-enhanced video, article, or other content on all the trusted social media sites where you have posted it.
- Optional: Include links to any additional places where you have posted the actual Quagensia Strategy files upon which your content is based, including Discord communities, threads on forums, Facebook groups, and similar user discussion websites. If the community requires an invite, please include an invite link that does not expire and can be used an unlimited number of times.
- Instructions for Derivative Content:
- If any of your content is “derivative content” based on a trading strategy from another content creator on quagensia.com, include a link to the trading strategy’s web page on quagensia.com, describe how your derivative work is based on the other trading strategy and how it offers something the original content doesn’t, and describe how you gave the original content creator credit in your content.
- Example of referring to an original trading strategy: “This content is based on the trading strategy at https://www.quagensia.com/trading-idea/(the trading strategy’s web page).”
- Example of giving the original content creator credit: “I linked to the original content creator’s video in the description of my video. In my video, I told my viewers that my video is based in part on his video and that my viewers can watch his video by clicking the link in the description of my video.”
- Note that all downloadable Quagensia Strategies and Quagensia Functions that you make available in conjunction with your content also need to credit the original content creator in the “Description & Notes” field of the Quagensia Algo file, and must include a URL to any of the original content creator’s content where the user would be able to download the original Quagensia Algo file from the original content creator.
Further Instructions & Notes:
- We will typically add the Quagensia-enhanced content to our website and other relevant places within one U.S. trading day as long as it meets the stated criteria, we don’t have any questions for you, and the Quagensia-enhanced content is a good fit for us.
- Once we either add the Quagensia-enhanced content to our website or other relevant places or decide that it is not a good fit for us we will let you know either way via email.
- Submitted content must include an English version, but we encourage you to translate your original content into any other language and submit links to your non-English content as well.
