The “About Quagensia” window displays information about the edition and version of the currently open Quagensia® Desktop Application instance, the type, status, and license key of your license, and some legal information.
The “About Quagensia” Window is one of four places, including the Start Page tab, the “Help” main menu, and the “Purchase a License” Window, from where you can accomplish all license-oriented tasks, including:
- View your license key and copy it to the clipboard.
- Activate your license online using a license key that you purchased.
- Refresh your license from the license server so that you can work offline for the maximum allowable amount of time without being required to go online and refresh your license from the license server, because doing this extends the required license refresh date as far into the future as the Quagensia Desktop Application allows.
- Deactivate your license and tell this installation of the Quagensia Desktop Application to remember the currently activated license key. Choose this option if you are deactivating the currently activated license on this computer so that you can temporarily activate it on another computer. This way, you can reactivate the license on this computer without having to enter the license key again.
- Deactivate your license and tell this installation of the Quagensia Desktop Application to forget the currently activated license key so that you can enter a different license key. Choose this option if you paid for another license key and you want to use the other license key instead of the current license key. You can still decide to reactivate the license on this computer using the current license key, but you will have to enter the current license key again.
