The Error Details window displays unexpected errors and makes it easy to report the errors to Quagensia support.
This window automatically appears when an unexpected error happens, and can also be opened manually by clicking on the “View Details” or “Report Error To Quagensia” link buttons that appear in columns on the right side of any error row in the Application Log grid, which is displayed in the “Application Log” tab at the bottom of the Quagensia® Desktop Application’s user interface.
In addition to displaying detailed information about an unexpected error, the Error Details window allows you to copy detailed information about the error to the clipboard, open a web page from which you can report the error to Quagensia support, or email a detailed description about the error to Quagensia support.
Note that to protect your privacy, the Quagensia Desktop Application does NOT automatically send us your error reports. Whether you choose to report this bug using the Quagensia “Contact Us” web page or using your default email client, you will have an opportunity to decide to not submit the error to Quagensia.
